Meadow, an 18-year-old defensive lineman, had been hospitalized for two weeks at Johns Hopkins after collapsing at practice.

Meadow "became disoriented during practice and the trainer called paramedics who initially transported him to Good Samaritan Hospital and then to Hopkins," said Clinton Coleman, director of public relations and communications at Morgan State.

According to the team's web site, Meadow played high school football at Friendship Collegiate Academy Public Charter School in Washington, D.C.
