Washington QB Cyler Miles to start against Eastern Washington

Washington coach Chris Petersen announced Monday that sophomore quarterback Cyler Miles will start Saturday's game against Eastern Washington.
Miles was suspended for the Huskies' season-opening win over Hawaii after being linked to an assault of two Seahawks fans following the Super Bowl. Miles faces no charges and was reinstated in May. In eight games last season, Miles completed 37 passes for 418 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for 200 yards on 23 carries in relief of injured starter Keith Price.

Sophomore Jeff Lindquist completed 10 of 26 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's win over the Rainbow Warriors. Washington was ranked 25th in the preseason Associated Press Poll and picked by media to finish third in the Pac-12 North.
