Michigan State defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi said Oregon's players are "a lot" faster than Michigan State's.

The teams will face off Saturday at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Ore.

"They are a lot faster than we are, if you watch the tape," Narduzzi said, according to the Detroit Free Press. "We will have our hands full."

Narduzzi is considered one of the best defensive coordinators in the country, while Oregon is believed to have one of the most explosive offenses in the country.

Last season the Spartans, which went 13-1 and won the Rose Bowl, finished in the nation's top three in total and scoring defense, while Oregon, which went 11-2 and won the Alamo Bowl, finished in the top three in total and scoring offense.

Michigan State beat Jacksonville State 45-7 in its season opener, and Oregon beat South Dakota 62-13. In the latest Associated Press Poll, the Ducks are ranked third and the Spartans are ranked seventh.
