Ohio State defensive end Noah Spence's future with the Buckeyes is in jeopardy after a second failed drug test, according to a report from ElevenWarriors.com.

Spence was suspended for three games in January after a first positive test. He missed the Buckeyes' Orange Bowl loss to Clemson, as well as the first two games of this season.

Spence's parents told the The Columbus Dispatch their son is seeking treatment for a "medical illness."
