Florida Gators vs. Alabama Crimson Tide

Florida and Alabama renew their rivalry for the first time since 2011 on Saturday. The Gators are 2-0 after a three-overtime 36-30 win over Kentucky in Week 3, while the Crimson Tide are 3-0 after beating Southern Miss 52-12 last week. Alabama leads the all-time series with Florida 23-14.

Alabama has won its last three games against Florida, including the 2009 SEC championship game.

Starting safety Nick Perry will be forced to sit out the first half against the Gators after he was ejected for targeting against Southern Miss.

The Gators last defeated Alabama in 2008, when they won 31-20 in the SEC championship game en route to the national championship.

Sophomore receiver Demarcus Robinson had 15 catches for 216 receiving yards and two touchdowns against Kentucky. He set the school record for receptions in a home game and became the first Florida receiver with 200-plus yards since 2002.

Sophomore safety Keanu Neal had two interceptions against Kentucky, becoming the first Gator to do so since Ahmad Black in the 2011 Outback Bowl.

Florida is averaging 593.5 yards per game, more than 250 yards above what the team averaged last season.

With Michigan getting shut out against Notre Dame, Florida now owns the country's longest streak of not getting shut out. The Gators haven't failed to score since a 16-0 loss to Auburn in 1988.
