Tulane travels to Duke for a Week 4 non-conference matchup. The Blue Devils are off to their first 3-0 start in 20 years after thrashing Kansas last week 41-3, while the Green Wave are 1-2 after beating Southeastern Louisiana 35-20 last week. This is the fourth meeting between Duke and Tulane, with the Green Wave holding a 2-1 edge in the series. Duke won the last meeting in Durham 48-27 in 2011.
