Report: Texas, BYU schedule series with USF
Texas and Brigham Young have both scheduled a future series with South Florida, reports Brett McMurphy of ESPN.
The Texas-USF series will be three games, while the BYU-USF series will be a home-and-home.
The Longhorns will host the Bulls in 2019 and 2024 and travel to South Florida in 2022. The 2019 game is set to be the first meeting between the schools.

Texas has only played three games to date in the state of Florida, winning two of them.
USF will host BYU in 2021 and travel to Utah in 2022. It will also be the schools' first meeting. The Cougars are 0-5 in the state of Florida, but play at UCF in October.
The Longhorns recently agreed in principle with a home-and-home series against Michigan, to be held in 2024 and 2027. Texas also has future home-and-homes scheduled with Notre Dame, Maryland, USC and Ohio State.
The Texas-Notre Dame series was originally scheduled to be four games, but the Irish recently backed out of two of the games.

Texas is currently 2-2 in its first season under head coach Charlie Strong, who recently dismissed his ninth player from the team.
BYU has home-and-homes scheduled with Washington and with UCLA, the latter of which begins next season. The Cougars are 4-0 this season, while South Florida is 2-3.
