Week 7 college football TV guide: It's a stacked week of games. Here's what you should you watch on Saturday.

Are you all fully recovered from the damage that Week 6 caused? No? Can you at least fake it? Okay, that's better. We don't have time to sit around and reflect on mock playoffs and conference standings and a slew of "oh no, our season is over" comments. We have a whole other Saturday of football to watch and enjoy. While this week likely won't see as many top 25 teams go down or Katy Perry doing, well, all of the things Katy Perry did last weekend, that doesn't mean this Saturday is inferior. 

Every week of college football is special in its own way, just like all of you. 

This is Your Perfect Saturday for Week 7.

The early slate

Noon: Texas vs. No. 11 Oklahoma (ABC)

The Red River Rivalry may not mean quite as much nationally with Texas down and Oklahoma coming off a tough loss to TCU, but don't tell that to former Longhorns defensive back and current defensive coordinator Vance Bedford, who has plenty of passion for the series:

"To me it was always personal,” Bedford said. “As a football coach, it’s still personal. I just can’t play anymore. I wish I could bring my Louisville Slugger from Louisville and see what happens. But in this day and age, you can’t have a Louisville Slugger, so I put it away because I’m in the state of Texas. Now they have gun laws. You can carry a gun, but Coach Strong says core values, no guns."

So yeah, it's still worth watching.

Noon: No. 13 Georgia at No. 23 Missouri (CBS)

While this game isn't a guarantee to decide the SEC East, a loss for Georgia could make things extra dicey for the Bulldogs, who have rallied nicely since that loss to South Carolina in Columbia. Georgia will have to rally again after running back Todd Gurley was indefinitely suspended while under investigation for allegedly accepting money in exchange for autographs.

Noon: West Virginia at Texas Tech (Fox Sports 1)

You do like points, don't you? Of course you do.

12:30 p.m.: Duke at No. 22 Georgia Tech (WatchESPN)

Georgia Tech has a grasp on the ACC Coastal Division right now, but in this "Game of Thrones" league someone is waiting around the corner with poison or a trial by combat or a blade or an arrow or some sort of fire-curse. I haven't heard anyone call David Cutcliffe the mother of dragons yet, but that doesn't mean it isn't true.

Dog day afternoon

​3:30 p.m.: No. 2 Auburn at No. 3 Mississippi State (CBS)

This is the highlight game of the day. Is Mississippi State's rise for real? Can Auburn keep rolling? How many cowbells does it take to drive a man insane?

3:30 p.m.: No. 9 TCU at No. 5 Baylor (ABC)

Another big time matchup. TCU's offense is playing better than we have come to expect, and the same can be said for Baylor's defense. For as fun as that Oklahoma-TCU game was last week, this one might just top it.

3:30 p.m.: No. 12 Oregon at No. 18 UCLA (Fox)

Just a couple of weeks ago, this game seemed like a possible play-in game for the college football playoff. But that was always a silly proposition considering this game is occurring in Week 7, and all the gremlins in the college football playoff system have been chewing on the wires and they have replaced the brake line with a Red Vine. Now after both teams' losses last week, this is more of an elimination game for playoff contention rather than a play-in game.

Second screen special

3:30 p.m.: Louisville at Clemson (ESPNU)

Although this probably won't have any bearing on the ACC Atlantic Division other than who will come in second behind Florida State, Louisville's first official meeting with Clemson should still provide plenty of fun to go with a pair of freshman quarterbacks with tremendous futures ahead of them. And we'll get to see if Bobby Petrino thinks it is loud in Death Valley. 

Night moves

​9 p.m.: No. 3 Ole Miss at No. 14 Texas A&M (ESPN)

Ole Miss could make a huge statement coming off its win over Alabama if it can go into Kyle Field and come away with a win over the Aggies. Texas A&M will try to recover from the loss to Mississippi State by taking it out on a different Mississippi team. The Aggies can only do that if they can find a way to stop dropping so many passes. Maybe a team viewing of "Little Giants" is in order.

6  p.m.: No. 7 Alabama at Arkansas (ESPN)

The Crimson Tide have won the last two meetings by a combined 104-0 (52-0 each time). Arkansas probably does not want that to happen again, but I'm just guessing here.

Late night theater

10:30 p.m.: USC at No. 10 Arizona (ESPN2)

Oh boy. Sliding into the 10:30 p.m. late night Pac-12 Hail Mary Candidate of the Week is the Trojans vs. the Wildcats. USC has already lost on a Hail Mary, and Arizona has already won on one, so stock up on the necessary supplies ahead of time.
