SI cover: College Basketball preview, Wisconsin's Frank Kaminsky
If anything, Wisconsin knows how to take care of the basketball, and that's one reason the Badgers are never out of any game, because they simply don't beat themselves.
The Badgers turned the ball over on only 12.7 percent of their possessions last season. That kind of security helped them reach the Final Four, keeping preseason All-America Frank Kaminsky in the spotlight after he led the team in scoring, rebounding and blocks all year, while hitting 38 percent of his three-point attempts.
Wisconsin Badgers 2014-15 team preview
Wisconsin could have the nation's most efficient, yet slowest paced (or patient, depending on how you look at it) offense. Last season, it ranked 342nd out of 351 Division-I teams in average time of possession. The Badgers don't mind keeping the scores low or high, as they were the only team to have final scores in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and 100s.
Along with forward Sam Dekker, Wisconsin looks to dethrone Michigan State from Big Ten supremacy, while making its mark as one of the front-runners for the national championship.
