UCLA Bruins vs. Washington Huskies

The No. 18 UCLA Bruins (7-2) play the Washington Huskies (6-3) on Saturday in Seattle. UCLA has won three straight games after upsetting Arizona last week behind quarterback Brett Hundley's 320 total yards. Shaq Thompson had 174 rushing yards last week as Washington ended a two-game losing streak last week against Colorado.

Washington

11/1:Washington 38, Colorado 23

Washington snapped its two-game losing streak by overcoming a 23-17 second-half deficit. Shaq Thompson racked up 174 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries to lead the Huskies. Travis Feeney returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter, and Dante Pettis scored on an 87-yard punt return in the fourth quarter.

10/25:Arizona State 24, Washington 10

The Huskies turned the ball over three times as they lost their second-straight game. Troy Williams completed 18 of 26 passes for 139 yards and two interceptions, including a pick-six with 52 seconds remaining. Shaq Thompson led the team with 21 carries for 98 yards.

10/18:Oregon 45, Washington 20

Washington fell to 1-2 in conference play with the blowout loss to Oregon. The Huskies gave up 554 yards of offense to the Ducks, including 336 passing yards to Marcus Mariota and 169 rushing yards to Royce Freeman. Quarterback Cyler Miles completed 19 of 28 passes for 147 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the loss. 

10/11: Washington 31, Cal 7

The Huskies were able to take advantage of three Cal turnovers on their way to a blowout win. The scoring got underway with Shaq Thompson returning a fumble 100 yards for a touchdown for Washington. Cyler Miles threw for 274 yards and three touchdowns on the day, while the defense held Cal's rushing attack to just 64 yards. 

09/27: Stanford 20, Washington 13

Washington played Stanford at home and lost its first game of the season. Stanford went ahead for good by scoring a touchdown with less than five minutes remaining, breaking a 13-13 tie. The Washington offense only totaled 179 yards in the game, with Cyler Miles throwing for just 98 yards on 29 attempts. 

09/20: Washington 45, Georgia State 14

The Huskies, down 14-0 at halftime, mounted a comeback fueled by their defense, which forced four turnovers, including three interceptions. Redshirt sophomore quarterback Cyler Miles averaged just 5.7 yards per attempt but threw three touchdown passes.

09/13: Washington 44, Illinois 19

Linebacker Shaq Thompson returned an interception and a fumble for touchdowns. Miles threw a 75-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver John Ross as part of a 21-point spurt over less than six minutes in the first half. Kicker Cameron Van Winkle had three field goals, including one from 51 yards.

09/06: Washington 59, Eastern Washington 52

In his season debut, Miles ran for three touchdowns and threw for another. The Huskies defense allowed seven touchdown passes by Eastern Washington quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. Shaq Thompson made his debut at running back for one series in the first half that ended with a 57-yard touchdown run.

08/30: Washington 17, Hawaii 16

Filling in for a suspended Cyler Miles, quarterback Jeff Lindquist completed just 10 of 26 passes for 162 yards. Wide receiver John Ross scored on a reverse and a 91-yard catch. The Huskies punted on their first eight possessions of the second half.

UCLA

11/1: UCLA 17, Arizona 7

The Bruins won their third-straight game as Brett Hundley accounted for 320 yards of offense to knock off then-No. 12 Arizona. Hundley completed 19 of 26 passes for 189 yards and one touchdown while also rushing for 131 yards. Jordan Payton led the UCLA offense with six catches for 119 yards, including a 70-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter to seal the victory. UCLA outgained Arizona 460-255 and controlled the ball for more than 38 minutes.

10/25: UCLA 40, Colorado 37 (2OT)

UCLA's 17 first-quarter points were the most it has scored all season. Running back Paul Perkins' 92-yard touchdown run on the first play from scrimmage is tied for the second-longest run in UCLA history. The Bruins have defeated Colorado every time they've played since the Buffaloes joined the Pac-12.

10/18: UCLA 36, Cal 34

The win was UCLA's seventh straight away from the Rose Bowl, its longest road win streak since 1998. Linebacker Eric Kendricks moved into second place all-time at UCLA in tackles with 406.5. Quarterback Brett Hundley had 330 passing yards, moving him into second place all-time at UCLA with 8,667.

10/11: Oregon 42, UCLA 30

Despite scoring 20 points in the fourth quarter, the Bruins didn't have enough to overcome an early hole. UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley tallied 216 passing yards, 89 rushing yards and three total touchdowns, while Paul Perkins led the way for the Bruins on the ground with 187 yards.

10/04: Utah 30, UCLA 28

After falling behind by 14 points, UCLA rallied to take a late fourth-quarter lead. But Utah drove down the field for a game-winning field goal with just 34 seconds remaining to give UCLA its first loss of the season. Brett Hundley threw for 269 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Paul Perkins rushed for 99 yards and a score. Devin Fuller led the team in receiving with 95 yards and a touchdown.

09/25: UCLA 62, Arizona State 27

Ishmael Adams was the star of the game for UCLA, returning an interception 95 yards for a touchdown and a kickoff 100 yards for a score. Adams' pick-six came with just two seconds remaining in the first half and was one of four turnovers for Arizona State. Brett Hundley threw for 355 yards and four touchdowns, while Paul Perkins rushed for 137 yards.

09/13: UCLA 20, Texas 17

Brett Hundley injured his elbow in the first quarter and didn't return. In his absence, backup Jerry Neuheisel led the team to the win, throwing for 178 yards and two scores. Sophomore running back Paul Perkins led the Bruins with 126 rushing yards and 69 receiving yards against the Longhorns.

09/06: UCLA 42, Memphis 35

Brett Hundley threw for 396 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Two Bruins wide receivers -- Thomas Duarte and Jordan Payton -- eclipsed the 100-yard mark for the game. Duarte had 110 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Payton had seven catches for 104 yards. Perkins added 98 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

08/30: UCLA 28, Virginia 20

Three turnovers forced by the UCLA defense allowed the Bruins to survive a scare from the Cavaliers. Brett Hundley threw for 242 yards, but his only touchdown came on a six-yard run in the fourth quarter. Jordan Payton led the team in receiving with eight catches for 98 yards.
