Michigan DE Frank Clark arrested on domestic violence charge
Michigan senior defensive end Frank Clark was arrested Sunday on a domestic violence charge and remains in an Erie County, Ohio, jail according to ESPN and county jail records.
The Wolverines had a bye over the weekend and Clark is from Cleveland, Ohio.
According to ESPN, a school spokesperson said, "We are aware of the report and are gathering more information."
In July 2012, Clark was charged with felony home invasion after allegedly stealing a laptop from a dorm room. He pleaded guilty that September and was sentenced to a year's probation and suspended for one game.
Clark has 41 tackles and four sacks this season for Michigan and has made nine starts. He ranks third in the Big Ten with 13.5 tackles for loss.
The Wolverines (5-5) host Maryland (6-4) on Saturday.
