Four-star running back Mike Weber will be making an official visit to Ohio State this weekend after he decommitted from Michigan last month.

Weber, from Cass Technical High School in Detroit, was originally supposed to visit the Buckeyes during the weekend of their 42-28 win over the Wolverines. Weber, listed at 5-foot-10, 205 pounds, is rated the No. 71 overall prospect in the country by Rivals.com.

"The reason he has uncertainty is because there's uncertainty about what's going on at Michigan, that's all," Cass Tech coach Thomas Wilcher told to Cleveland.com. "Does Mikey like Michigan? Yes. Does Mikey think Michigan is a great school? Yes. But is Mikey worried about the uncertainty at Michigan? Yes.”

Michigan fired head coach Brady Hoke earlier this month after the Wolverines finished the year 5-7, failing to make a bowl for the first time since the 2009 season.

Weber has received offers from Alabama, Notre Dame and Georgia. He ran for 1,797 yards and 27 touchdowns this season. He missed three games due to injury.
