Running on fumes, Tom Herman balances Ohio State, Houston duties

Gibbs has been Houston’s defensive coordinator the past two seasons and leaves new Cougars coach Tom Herman, who will remain Ohio State’s offensive coordinator through Monday’s national championship game.
