Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops told reporters Tuesday that wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham told him last week that he plans to enter the 2015 NFL draft.
But SI.com's Thayer Evans reported later Tuesday that Green-Beckham is in talks with the NFL about how the league's new personal conduct policy will affect him and has not yet officially declared for the draft.
Green-Beckham sat out the entire 2014 season after transferring to Oklahoma in July. The receiver spent two years at Missouri before being dismissed in April after a series of off-the-field indiscretions, including two marijuana-related arrests. Green-Beckham was also linked to an alleged robbery at Columbia, Mo., apartment complex toward the end of his time at Missouri.
He had applied for a waiver under the NCAAs "run-off" rule for players who transfer for reasons beyond their control, but he had his request denied in August. His transfer to the Sooners included stipulations such as rehabilitation and a zero tolerance drug testing policy.

While at Missouri in 2013, Green-Beckham had 59 catches for 883 yards and 12 touchdowns. He averaged 15 yards per catch and was named to the AP All-SEC second-team. As a freshman, he had 28 catches for 395 yards and five touchdowns.
Coming out of high school, Green-Beckham was ranked as Rivals.com's No. 1 recruit from the Class of 2012. The 21-year-old is a native of Springfield, Mo.
Oklahoma finished the 2014 season 8-5, with a loss to Clemson in the Russell Athletic Bowl.
