Georgetown's D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera will enter NBA draft
Georgetown junior guard D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera will forgo his final year of eligibility and enter the 2015 NBA draft, the school announced on Tuesday.
Smith-Rivera averaged 16.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists this season for the Hoyas and was named first-team All-Big East. Georgetown finished 22-11 and lost to Utah in the Round of 32 in the NCAA tournament.
"D'Vauntes has decided to enter the NBA draft," head coach John Thompson III said. "He has given a great deal to this program and we will do everything we can to help him pursue his goals."

As a sophomore in 2013-14, Smith-Rivera averaged 17.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists and was named second-team All-Big East.
