Ohio State wide receiver makes Wisconsin Lucas Oil Stadium joke
Ohio State did not play in the NCAA championship game Monday night at Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium, but that didn't stop one Buckeyes player from having a little fun on Twitter at the expense of rival Wisconsin.
Devin Smith, a wide receiver on the Ohio State football team, couldn't help but point out that at least theWisconsin basketball team managed to score some points in the 67,000 seat stadium (that 'the' should be a 'they').
Smith was referencing that time in December when Ohio State beat Wisconsin in the Big Ten football championship 59-0.
Wisconsin could have to wait until the Big Ten championship game next season to try to exact revenge: Ohio State is not scheduled to face Wisconsin during the 2015 football regular season.
