Additionally, ESPN's Jeff Goodman reported earlier Tuesday that four-star Gators signee KeVaughn Allen is also expected to ask for his release.

Longtime Florida coach Billy Donovanleft the school last month to become the head coach of the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder. Last week, the school hiredLouisiana Tech's Michael White to replace Donovan.

Dickerson committed to Florida back in August 2014. The 6'8," 245-pound forward is ranked as the No. 81 player in the class of 2015 on Rivals. He held offers from a host of other schools, including Connecticut, Virginia, Xavier, Georgetown and Florida State.

Allen committed to the Gators over one year ago in April 2014. Ranked as the No. 67 player on Rivals, he held offers from Arizona, Baylor, Connecticut, Arkansas and more.

Florida went 16–17 in 2014-15, going 8–10 in the SEC.
