Oregon football has been teasing glow-in-the-dark uniforms on Twitter.

Neither the team nor their uniform sponsor, Nike, has made an official announcement introducing new uniforms, but the Ducks' most recent tweet read, “We're turning out the lights for the 2015...season.” A photo of a silhouetted football player with glowing accents on his uniform accompanied the tweet.

The glowing uniforms have appeared on images of a poster and on defensive end Hunter Kampmoyer's official scholarship offer letter, which he tweeted on Aug. 1.

The Duck are known for their innovative and often-changing uniforms. Their past uniforms have featured metallic helmets and iridescent jerseys, but never lights.

Oregon opens its 2015 season against Eastern Washington on Sept. 5.
