Draymond Green Makes History

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green played for Michigan State for four very solid seasons before embarking on a wildly successful NBA career of his own. On Thursday, Green demonstrated his appreciation towards his former school by donating a record-setting $3.1 million to the university. According to Forbes, the $3.1 million donation to the school's athletic facilities and endowments is the largest donation that an active athlete has ever given to his alma mater. It is also the largest donation that a former Spartan athlete has ever donated to the university.

For his generosity, Draymond will have the strength and conditioning center at the Jack Breslin Student Events Center named after him.
