Four-star defensive lineman Justin Madubuike announced on Twitter that he has verbally committed to Texas A&M.

Madubuike visited Texas and TCU before deciding to play for the Aggies. He also had offers from Alabama, Baylor, Ohio State, Oklahoma and USC, among other schools.

The defensive end from McKinney North in McKinney, Texas was named SportsDayHS’ preseason defensive player of the year for 2015.

At 6-foot-3, 255 pounds, Madubuike is ranked No. 18 at his position according to Rivals, and No. 34 in the state.

The Aggies also received a commitment from four-star defensive end Mark Jackson from Cibolo, Texas in May.
