Missouri freshmen football players Terry Beckner Jr., DeSean Blair, Keyon Dilosa and Trevon Walters were involved in a car crash Friday afternoon in Columbia, Miss., the university announced on Friday. 

Beckner Jr. was the driver of the vehicle with the three other players sitting in passenger seats. 

Two of the four players were taken to the university's hospital to treat their injuries. No injuries were life-threatening.

Walters has not played in Missouri's first two games of the season due to a knee injury. Beckner Jr. and Dilosa were treated and released at the scene without being taken to the hospital. Blair is being assessed and his status will not be known until Saturday.

This is the second car crash of the year involving a Missouri football player after Harold Brantleycrashed in late June and will miss the season due to a broken leg and knee ligament damage.
