Ohio State unveils all-black alternate uniforms to wear vs. Penn State
Black here, black there and more black everywhere for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Oh, but don’t forget all the hints of scarlet.
Ohio State unveiled new all-black alternate uniforms Saturday that the Buckeyes will wear in a primetime matchup at home against Penn State on Oct. 17. The new uniforms represent the first time Ohio State's football program has ever worn all black.
The entire outfit still has plenty of scarlet, though, with the helmet stripe in scarlet and grey, the numbers in scarlet outlined by gray and a scarlet and grey stripe down the pants. Black socks and shoes in black and scarlet round out the look.
