Nkemdiche lined up as a fullback for the Rebels on third-and-one at the Memphis ten-yard line and was stopped at the line of scrimmage by the Tigers defense and laid face down on the ground for several moments after the play.

The play was Nkemdiche’s fourth rushing attempt of the season for Ole Miss. The defensive star also has one reception for a 31-yard touchdown this year.
Ole Miss later confirmed that the junior has suffered a concussion on the play, according to The Associated Press.
