Virginia Tech vs. Georgia Tech: Game time, live stream, TV coverage
The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (3–6) will host the Virginia Tech Hokies (4–5) at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Thursday.
Georgia Tech needs to win the last three games of its season in order to avoid missing a bowl game for the first time since 1996. Last week, the Yellow Jackets dropped a close game to Virginia, losing 27–21. Quarterback Justin Thomas completed 13 of 31 passes for 251 yards and two touchdowns. However, the team’s usually dominant running game managed only one score on the ground.
Virginia Tech snapped a two-game losing streak with a 26–10 win over Boston College last week. Running back Travon McMillian carried the load, rushing 33 times for 105 yards. Quarterback Michael Brewer was efficient, completing 15 of 21 passes for 180 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
