Report: Eddie Gran accepts Kentucky offensive coordinator job

Eddie Gran has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Kentucky.

Cincinnati offensive coordinator Eddie Gran has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Kentucky, reports Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports.

Gran met with Kentucky on Tuesday to finalize the terms of his contract, Feldman reports. 

Gran, 50, spent the last three years with Cincinnati, during which time the Bearcats compiled a 25–14 record. They ended their 2015 season with a 42–7 loss to San Diego State in the Hawaii Bowl last Thursday.

Gran has previously coached at Florida State, Auburn and Tennessee. He and current Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops worked together as assistants at Florida State.
