The Villanova football program is set to announce that 2016 will be head coach Andy Talley’s last season, reports Chris Lane of SB Nation.

The team is also expected to announce assistant head coach Mark Ferrante as the head coach in-waiting at a press conference on Wednesday.

Talley, 72, has been with the Wildcats since 1985. He is the winningest coach in Villanova history with a record of 215–128–1 over his 31 years with the team.

The Wildcats finished the 2015 season with a 6–5 record overall.
