Josh Pastner will be named the next head coach at Georgia Tech, according to multiple reports.
Pastner, 38, served as the head coach at Memphis for the past seven seasons, where he held a 167–73 record in his tenure with the team. The Tigers, who have not made the NCAA tournament since 2014, were never guided by Pastner past the second round of the tournament.
The Yellow Jackets won 21 games this season, but parted ways with head coach Brian Gregory after five seasons, following a loss in the NIT quarterfinals.
