Rick Pitino: Chinanu Onuaku will remain in NBA draft

Louisville head coach Rick Pitino says center Chinanu Onuaku will remain in the NBA draft and forego his final two seasons of NCAA eligibility, reportsThe Courier-Journal’s Jeff Greer.
However, Onuaku wrote in an Instagram post Wednesday that he has not “made a decision yet.”
“He has until midnight, but my feelings all along were that he’s going pro,” Pitino told 93.9 The Ville. “He could obviously change his mind.”
The 6'10" rising junior was a near double-double producer for a Louisville team that won 23 games during the 2015–16 season. He averaged 9.9 points and 8.5 rebounds as a sophomore.

The decision deadline for underclassmen in the draft is Wednesday at midnight.
