Four-star wide receiver Tee Higgins has committed to Clemson, he announced Monday.
Higgins, an Oak Ridge, Tennessee-native, is rated as the No. 35 overall player and fifth-best receiver in the 2017 recruiting class, according to Scout.com.
He has the highest rating of the 11 players to commit to Clemson so far in this class. He joins Amari Rogers as the second four-star receiver to announce their intention to play for Dabo Swinney at Clemson.
Higgins also had Ole Miss and Tennessee in his final three.
Higgins made his announcement in a Fourth of July themed video produced by Bleacher Report.
Higgins holds offers from around the country, including Alabama, Ohio State and Tennessee.
He led Oak Ridge High School to a 10–3 record and an appearance in the state playoffs last season.
