Four-star running back Toneil Carter has committed to Georgia, according to Bleacher Report. 

Carter is ranked as the No. 70 overall player and No. 8 running back in the 2017 class, according to Scout.com.

A native of Houston, Tx., Carter currently holds 18 offers from teams around the country. He picked the Bulldogs over teams like LSU, Texas A&M and Alabama.

Carter is the 14th player to commit to Georgia, which has the No. 4 ranked class in the nation.

He is also the first 2017 running back to choose the Bulldogs.
