Marquette joined Michigan in unveiling new Jordan brand basketball uniforms for the upcoming season, the school announced at its annual season kick-off.
The new uniforms are tailored to each player's size.
Marquette is celebrating 100 years of basketball and several small details have been added to the jerseys to commemorate the anniversary. The Al McGuire patch was added in 2001-02 in honor of former head coach Al McGuire, who won the 1977 NCAA championship.
The jerseys have stripes much like the 1971 bumblebee uniforms. "Marquette" below the number is a nod to the 1977 untucked jerseys that were designed by Bo Ellis.
