List of Every Player Who Has Won a Heisman Trophy
For the past 82 years, the Heisman Trophy has been awarded to the most outstanding player in college football. The trophy has become one of the most coveted in all of sports, and this year, three new finalists will have the chance to add their names to a long list of worthy recepients.
Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins have all emerged as frontrunners for the 2018 award.
Murray is one of three players to eclipse 4,000 passing yards and has accumulated 892 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground as well. Tagovailoa totaled 3,353 passing yards and 37 touchdowns while leading the Crimson Tide to the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff. Haskins threw for 396 yards and six touchdowns against Michigan to push the Buckeyes to a Big Ten title.
The 2018 Heisman Trophy winner will be announced on Saturday, December 8 at 7 pm, ET.
