North Carolina freshman Nassir Little exited the Tar Heels' matchup with Virginia in the first half on Monday, heading to the bench with an ankle injury. He will not return to the game, per North Carolina

Little attempted just one shot before leaving the game. He ended the night with zero points, rebounds or assists. The 6'6" swingman is North Carolina's fourth-leading scorer at 10.3 points per game. 

North Carolina entered the matchup second in the ACC at 19–4, 9–1 ACC. The Cavaliers are third in the conference, with their lone two losses coming to Duke. Virginia lost to the Blue Devils 81-71 on Feb. 9
