Shedeur Sanders Taunts Arizona State Student Section With Watch Celebration After Colorado Win

The Buffaloes got back in the win column in style.

Colorado is back in the win column.

The Buffaloes' game against Arizona State was a back-and-forth, nip-and-tuck affair. The Sun Devils tied the game on a 15-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Trenton Bourguet to wide receiver Troy Omeire with 50 seconds left, only to watch Colorado kicker Alejandro Mata nail a 43-yard game-winning field goal 38 seconds of game time later.

Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders completed 26 of 42 passes for 239 yards and a touchdown, performing ably after a week in which he was criticized for his performances against Oregon and USC.

To celebrate, Sanders sprinted to the Arizona State student section and threw up his trademark watch celebration after the win.

Colorado has had a roller coaster of a season; this was its fourth game within one possession following wins over TCU and Colorado State and its loss to the Trojans.

As exciting as the off-the-field spectacle surrounding coach Deion Sanders's team has been, the football has delivered more than its fair share of drama as well.
