It’s been a relatively disappointing season for the UConn Huskies women’s basketball team. At 20–5, they’re currently ranked 15th in the AP poll after getting smoked by the South Carolina Gamecocks last weekend. They had been ranked as low as 17th earlier this season, their lowest ranking since they were 18th in the 1993 preseason poll.

The Huskies might not be as dominant as they’ve been in the past, but they’re still an immensely talent squad, as evidenced by what star guard Paige Bueckers did at practice on Tuesday. Not only did she nail a shot from half-court—she did it while not even looking at the basket.

As impressive as the nothing-but-net shot was, her celebration was even better. Bueckers appeared to have stunned even herself with her incredible feat. She couldn’t help but run around the court cackling and chest-bumping teammates before pointing at the camera and saying, “I don’t need eyes.”

UConn’s next game is on Wednesday night against the Xavier Musketeers, who at 1–20 are one of the worst teams in the nation. It’s the kind of game that Bueckers could win with her eyes closed.
