Duke center Kyle Filipowski channeled his inner-Grayson Allen as he appeared to intentionally swing his leg out to trip North Carolina star Harrison Ingram during the Blue Devils-Tar Heels rivalry matchup Saturday.

After Duke came up with a loose ball and started heading the other way in transition, Filipowski and Ingram were tangled up on the other end of the floor from the preceding play.

Ingram made it off the ground first and began sprinting back to his own end of the floor to play defense. But Filipowski, who was still on the ground, swung his leg out and tripped Ingram in what appeared to be a blatant attempt to bring him to the ground.

Official Ted Valentine saw the play happen and came sprinting to the half-court line to ensure that there was not an altercation. However, Ingram shook it off and Filipowski played it off like he was hurt from the trip.

Whether it was intentional or not is in the eye of the beholder, but the play by Filipowski is not a good look in a game that is already a heated rivalry between two top 10 teams.

No. 7 North Carolina took a 40–31 lead into halftime against No. 9 Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
