Iowa star Caitlin Clark was a special guest on Saturday Night Live on April 13, two days before the WNBA draft, where Clark is expected to be the No. 1 pick.

But, Clark didn't appear at Studio 8H by herself. She brought some of her Hawkeyes teammates to New York City to stand on stage with her after the show. Guard Kate Martin, guard Gabbie Marshall and forward Jade Gyamfi stood behind Clark as this week's host Ryan Gosling thanked the crew for the show. The teammates were then able to hug the SNL cast during the famous goodbye sequence.

It was definitely a moment not many college basketball players can say they've been a part of.

Clark also appeared on the Weekend Update segment alongside Michael Che and Colin Jost where she paid homage to women's basketball greats that played in the WNBA before her. She also joked with Che by giving him a signed apron and reminding him he doesn't have a girlfriend.
