Yes, Alabama will finally play a night home game
The Third Saturday in October rivalry game against Tennessee will be played in prime time
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Although it seems like Alabama hasn't had a home night game since offensive tackle Wesley Britt was playing for the Crimson Tide before Nick Saban's arrival, the string of afternoon kickoffs at Bryant-Denny Stadium is about to end.
The Third Saturday in October rivalry game against Tennessee will be played at night.
Although Alabama fans preferred it to happen when the heat index was about 100, the early forecast for October 19th is for overcast skies, high of 84 degrees and 40 percent chance of rain.
