AUBURN, Ala. — Alabama is still rolling.

Despite poor shooting from the free throw line, only making six 3-pointers and turning the ball over 14 times, Alabama found a way to win inside Neville Arena Saturday afternoon for just the second time since 2015.

"I know it was their Super Bowl, so it was nice to come win over here," Alabama head coach Nate Oats said after the game.

Auburn swept the regular season series last season, but the Crimson Tide won the initial matchup this season with the 77-69 win Saturday afternoon.

Neither team was able to build a lead larger than eight points until a dunk by Charles Bediako put Alabama ahead by 10 with eight seconds left. While neither team could pull away Alabama was able to string together consecutive stops with made baskets on the other end in the final few minutes in front of a raucous, Auburn crowd.

Rylan Griffen led Alabama in scoring with 16 points and had a key sequence with a little over five minutes left to block a 3-point shot from the Tigers on the defensive end and nail a deep-shot of his own on the other end to put the Crimson Tide up four-- its largest lead to that point. Griffen had 11 of his 16 points in the second half.

Mark Sears added 15 points, Brandon Miller had 13 and Jaden Bradley scored 12 on the way to the victory.
