The Alabama Crimson Tide football program opens up spring practice on Monday and there's a lot of anticipation for head coach Kalen DeBoer's offense to be implemented in Tuscaloosa.

Many have speculated how incumbent starting quarterback, Jalen Milroe, will fit into DeBoer's offensive system. Last year's sixth place finisher in Heisman Trophy voting gave people something to chew on over social media by showing off a short video with improved passing mechanics.

"The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral" discusses spring practice and the Milroe video as we discuss how much merit it has. If Milroe's improvements take hold, how will improved mechanics manifest on the playing field in a noticeable way?

We move on from Milroe and discuss three players at the NFL Combine briefly as some of the performances at the "underwear Olympics" were noteworthy.

Friday moves on by diving into basketball as it's a huge weekend at The Capstone. Alabama is hosting College GameDay on ABC on Saturday for the first time in program history as they welcome No. 4 Tennessee into Coleman Coliseum for arguably the biggest game in the conference this year.

What are the keys for Alabama to win against Tennessee after losing by 20 points in Knoxville earlier in the season?

Who should win SEC Player of the Year, Mark Sears or Dalton Knecht?

We talk about the final few games for all the contenders in the SEC and then round out the program with a look at two former Alabama athletes excelling professionally in golf and in the UFC.
