Jaala Torrence got the weekend off to hot start, throwing a six-inning no-hitter in a 10-0 win against Robert Morris at the Crimson Classic at Rhoads Stadium.
The No. 9 Crimson Tide has pitched three straight shutouts and looks for more in a matchup with Longwood in the second game of the Classic on Saturday.
In the circle is Montana Fouts (7-1). She's allowed 15 runs in 49 innings with 81 strikeouts and a 2.14 ERA.
First pitch is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
