Let's recap a big weekend on the Monday edition of "The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral".

We open up by discussing the Crimson Tide's 109-92 victory over the LSU Tigers as Alabama utilized the 3-point shot to pull away late from the Tigers. Alabama went 1-1 last week but still finds itself in favorable position in the league standings thanks to two upsets over conference rivals.

The program continues by talking about the AP Poll and how manginess it is and discussing the Crimson Tide's week ahead as they enjoy their midweek BYE. Alabama announced a uniform gimmick for this weekend's game against the Texas A&M Aggies, do you like it or not?

We move on from basketball and highlight Alabama's softball team who started their season 5-0. The Tide returns home this weekend for another five-game series at Rhoads Stadium.

From there we remember the news from Friday as the Crimson Tide football program lost offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb to the Seattle Seahawks. What will Kalen DeBoer do now for his offensive coordinator? What does this say about Grubb that he's turned down Alabama twice now in two years?

We move into discussing if college coaching is too hard as we've seen a number of coaches move into NFL positions. Do you think it was low-down of Grubb to wait until the Tide's transfer portal window closed to announce his move?
