It's another victory Monday on "The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral" as we're talking about the No. 8 Alabama Crimson Tide's 27-24 victory over the Auburn Tigers.

The 88th Iron Bowl was absolutely wild with controversial officiating on both sides.

How did a team that lost to New Mexico State take the No. 8 team in the nation to the edge?

Why did Alabama stall out in the rezone? Jalen Milroe has grown in so many areas of his game, has he become too careful? Or do the Alabama receivers need to step up and make more plays?

The Alabama defense didn't play particularly well, giving up tons of rushing yards. We dive into why and discuss who had a bad game on the Crimson Tide defense to allow the Tigers to move the football.

Then we marvel about the final possession of the game. Alabama got the ball back on a muffed punt and then Milroe magic happened. Alabama offensive coordinator Tommy Rees has shown modification to the 'Tush Push' formation that have paid dividends, did Auburn induce an early snap and how magnificent was the pass from Milroe to Isaiah Bond in the end zone?

The program concludes by talking about the Alabama basketball program as the Tide went 1-1 this past weekend in Destin, Fla.

Why did Alabama lose to Ohio State? Did it get better the next day against Oregon? Not really, but the Tide proved it has the capability of getting to a big number against quality competition if the shots are falling.
