In this story:

It's a victory Monday edition of "The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral" as we're recapping the Crimson Tide's 42-28 win over the LSU Tigers

The program started with Alabama's offensive plan and how it developed through the game. Our host was in the press box complaining about the Tide trying to hit the deep passes over the Tigers, but was there a method or purpose for this strategy?

Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Milroe passed for 219 yards and rushed for 155, putting on a dazzling show for the Bryant-Denny faithful. While it hasn't always been perfect out of the redshirt sophomore, the show details his growth as a leader and a winner for the Alabama offense.

Defensively for the Tide it was a strong performance, despite the Tigers scoring 28-points and quarterback Jayden Daniels having a strong night. We outlined the few plays Alabama made in critical situations that made the difference for the Tide and allowed the Crimson Tide offense to open the game.

How important has Dallas Turner been this season? He's made game-changing plays against several recent opponents and we examine his impact.

Clearly the conversation turns to Turner's roughing-the--passer penalty and the conversations that have grown from that moment. Was the hit on Daniels dirty? Should the officials called targeting? How much impact did it really have on the game?
