How to Watch Week 2: Alabama vs. Texas
It doesn't get much bigger than this.
College GameDay and SEC Nation will be in town. It's the highest-profile non-conference game in Tuscaloosa in over a decade, and the first time ever that the Texas Longhorns have played in Bryant-Denny Stadium. And it'll be a top-15 matchup, potentially top-10 when Alabama and Texas meet up this Saturday.
There are so many connections between the two teams with former Alabama players and coaches now with the Longhorns, and the Crimson Tide roster littered with players from the Lone Star state, including starting quarterback and running back Jalen Milroe and Jase McClellan.
Last season's meeting in Texas came down to the wire with Alabama escaping with a thrilling victory. Will the Crimson Tide win its third straight game against the Longhorns?

The Longhorns took the lead on a field goal with less than two minutes left. Bryce Young executed the two-minute drill to perfection and led Alabama all the way down the field, setting up Will Reichard's game-winning field goal with 10 seconds left. Alabama beat Texas 20-19.
Last time out, Alabama: The Crimson Tide got off to a good start with Jalen Milroe earning the starting job under center. Alabama rolled to a 56-7 win over Middle Tennessee. Backup quarterbacks Tyler Buchner and Ty Simpson also saw some playing time in the second half. Both scored rushing touchdowns as well. The Alabama defense forced two turnovers, and the team played disciplined as a whole with only two penalties the entire game.
Last time out, Texas: Texas got off to a little bit of a slower start in its season opener against Rice. The Longhorns only scored one touchdown in the first half. Ewers and the Texas offense started clicking more in the second half on the way to a 37-10 win. The Texas quarterback finished with 260 yards and three touchdowns through the air and another touchdown on the ground.
