Live Updates: Alabama Football Media Day
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Following Alabama football's open practice on Saturday afternoon, head coach Nick Saban as well as coordinators Tommy Rees and Kevin Steele will meet with reporters for "Media Day."
Rees is the new offensive coordinator, coming over from his alma mater, Notre Dame, after five years on the staff and three years as offensive coordinator.
Steele joins the Crimson Tide from Miami, where he was the defensive coordinator for just one season. Steele has coached at Alabama two different times — from 2007-2008 and 2013-2014.
Saban is slated to speak first, with the coordinators to follow.
