Each Thursday at noon, Nick Saban makes an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN.

And according to a report from the New York Post, the Alabama head coach could be making around $1 million a year to do so.

One of McAfee's other weekly guests is New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers. McAfee did not specify exactly how much money, but told The Post that Rodgers has made over $1 million as a guest on the show. According to the report, Saban is in the same range.

Saban is the first guest on Thursdays, and is usually on for about 20 minutes of the two-hour show that runs from noon to 2 p.m. CT. Last week, Saban presented McAfee with a signed and personalized Alabama jersey.

In the past, Saban's last media availability of the week with the local media contingent is on Wednesday nights after the team gets done practicing, and then he does the weekly radio appearance on "Hey Coach" each Thursday night. Now, McAfee gets the exclusive interview each Thursday afternoon.

McAfee is now one of the hosts on ESPN's College Gameday, and Saban appeared on set when the show was in town for the Crimson Tide's matchup with Texas. It was announced that week that he would start making weekly appearances on The Pat McAfee Show.

This week, Saban talked about everything from coaching tactics to entitlement to Alabama's growth this season, to the progress of quarterback Jalen Milroe, how he almost hired Dan Lanning as an assistant and more.

Saban will make over $11 million this year from his Alabama salary alone.
