USF "Win" Breakdown on The Joe Gaither Show
The Alabama Crimson Tide football program went to Tampa, Fla. for its first road game of the year on Saturday. The Tide left with a 17-3 win but the performance did very little to settle the nerves of the Alabama faithful.
The Monday edition of "The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral" featured a breakdown of the win. What went wrong for the Crimson Tide? More importantly, why did these breakdowns occur?
Can the Crimson Tide do anything to fix its problems along the offensive line? Alabama needs to make two adjustments along the line to see better results, one from a personnel standpoint, and one from a stylistic standpoint.
Alabama head coach Nick Saban named Jalen Milroe the teams starting quarterback after the contest, so why did he choose to play Tyler Buchner and Ty Simpson on Saturday?
With that news in mind, how should offensive coordinator Tommy Rees structure the offense to accentuate Milroe's skillsets?
We address comments made on Sunday by Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin and comments made on Monday by Crimson Tide offensive lineman Tyler Booker.
Do you believe Alabama changed defensive coordinators over the weekend, or did Saban's answer to the press on Monday make perfect sense. Will we see that adjustment continue as the Tide plays more and more fast-paced teams?
