Meet Alabama's Signing Class of 2020
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama football announced the addition of Javon Baker, Jamil Burroughs and Damieon George to its 2020 recruiting class during the February signing period on Wednesday. The three players join the Crimson Tide’s 22 student-athletes inked during the early signing period in December to bring Alabama’s total to 25 in the 2020 class.
The 25 high school players come from eight states – Alabama (9), California (2), Florida (3), Georgia (5), Louisiana (1), Maryland (1), Ohio (1) and Texas (3). Listed by position, the Crimson Tide added to its roster – five defensive linemen, four players apiece at linebacker and defensive back, along with three running backs, wide receivers and offensive linemen, one player at quarterback, tight end and athlete.
Alabama's 2020 signing class ranks No. 2 nationally by 247Sports and third by ESPN and Rivals. Alabaman’s 25-man recruiting class had the highest average ranking per player at 93.45 by 247Sports and 4.0 by Rivals.com.
