The Crimson Tide will play 29 regular season home games with non-conference matchups against teams like Florida State, Arizona and Virginia Tech.

Alabama softball will be back in action in less than three months. 

The program released the 2024 schedule Thursday morning, which features 29 regular season home games at Rhoads Stadium, eight total SEC series and non-conference matchups against Florida State, Arizona, Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech. 

Alabama opens the season on Feb. 8 at the Buzz Classic in Atlanta with five games over three days against Villanova, Longwood and Georgia Tech. The Crimson Tide will wrap up the regular season with a three-game series at Auburn before heading right back down to the Plains for the 2024 SEC Tournament. 

Highlights of the schedule include 27 games against 10 teams that made the 2023 NCAA Tournament, including six games against Super Regional participants Florida and Georgia and four games against Women’s College World Series teams Tennessee and Florida State.

Game times and television designations will be announced for SEC games at a later date.
